for DOS, Windows 3.1/95/98

Some BIOS clocks inside older motherboards provide operation system with wrong information about current year.

This utility must run on boot time with an unsigned parameter setting an explicit year value or signed one setting correction value.

Copy the program to the root of disk C and place a required line at the beginning of autoexec.bat file, e.g.
y2kfix 2005
or
y2kfix -91
or
y2kfix +9
